Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is being used primarily by the marketing department and the Sales Insight portion by our inside sales team. We use it for large-volume lead generation and campaign management.

Our goals are to increase traffic to our website, acquire new customers and increases conversions.
Marketo is very advanced - it would behoove any company without an experienced team to get some outside help to maximize its benefits, otherwise, it's almost like taking a jumbo jet to the grocery store.
Once you can tap into the more advanced parts of Marketo - you can really benefit from using the different streams for lead nurturing, customer segmentation, email automation and more.
