[It's] Used by our marketing department - we use it as an engagement platform to manage leads and contacts and deliver relevant information to them at the right time while helping our sales team effectively engage with them when the time is right. Marketo also helps us measure our departmental metrics and assess our influence on revenue.

In all our scenarios, we're trying to reach customer success. Whether the individual is a prospect or a customer, we want to provide value through educational content and (hopefully) through our solution. Marketo allows us to see which of our leads are interested in which topics and market to them appropriately based on their interests, demographics, and status (MCL vs MQL vs SQL etc). It also allows us to see where there is room for growth among our existing customer database.
