Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
The whole marketing unit uses Marketo. We are a team of about 8-12 people who do program management, analytics, and social media marketing through the platform.
Pros
- Design and deploy automation campaigns in conjunction with lead generation efforts across multi channels.
- Behavioral demographics targeting through RTP, and Smart Lists.
- Revenue Explorer has the capability for our team to tie marketing costs to lead generation and enrollment conversion.
Cons
- Native landing page design portal, it is not the most powerful or smooth running module in the platform.
- Could be faster and generating smart lists in Lead Database.
- Would like to see more capability in the forms module, possibly a solution like SnapApp built into the Marketo platform.
