Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is currently being used by our marketing department and allows us to implement lead generation and manage our database. It allows us to see where leads are in our revenue stage and allows us to retarget as well using the RTP module.
Pros
- Constant updates - Marketo listens to its customers and is always trying to update the software with new abilities.
- Great customer service - customer service even at the standard level is very helpful and easy to reach.
- Strong community - the community is a great way to get in touch with other Marketo users and learn from each other.
Cons
- Certain modules are old - some add-on features, such as revenue cycle explorer is clunky and difficult to use. I'd recommend Marketo either update this with something more modern and capable or go with a different feature for this.
- Not everything ties together - if you had web personalization, it doesn't quite link in with the rest of marketing activities yet.

- Prospecting / New Business
Increase revenue within existing customers, lead management, and prospecting are all of our main use cases for Marketo. Marketo works very well for features like this.
