Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is used for lead management, to run various smart campaigns, email campaigns, and for performing different marketing activities. It is used to synchronize lead data to Salesforce after validation. We create landing pages and various web forms to collect data. We created various smart lists and static list to filter our leads into various categories. Marketo is very effective in lead management and provides various insights into the lead data. The API is used to dynamically create programs and post forms. Marketo provides good integration mechanisms to pull or push data. We are yet to explore some other features.

- APIs need to be improved to get data in a more fine grained way. For example there is no API to get the assets under the program using th program name.
