Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketing is primary user of Marketo today. The platform is being used as an email Lead Nurturing tool to unsold leads, along with some ad-hoc projects.
Pros
- Allowing leads to flow to the proper campaigns dependent on engagement
Cons
- Data and analysis takes too long and is too convoluted for us to make quick changes within our strategies.
- The ability to display content that the lead is most interested in is a struggle.
Marketo offers the ability to merge strategies with other channels, and can deploy on larger scale lead size that we utilize.
