Marketo is used by our marketing operations team. We build and manage all Marketo campaigns centrally within our team.
Pros
- Revenue cycle model for lead lifecycle
- Ease of use of filters and triggers
- Being able to create templates and use tokens
Cons
- User experience is outdated
- RCE needs improvement, has limitations
- Occasional bugs/issues
I haven’t used any of Marketo’s competitors
