Marketo has been mainly used by our marketing team and admissions team. It has been great for helping by prepping to find leads integrations with Salesforce. It also lets us track and report our progress. The ability to engage with our potential buyers at any point in their life cycle has been extremely helpful.

We use Marketo to increase sales and decrease melt through personal communication and marketing with people from the moment they are prospects to when they are enrolled.

Marketo is way more powerful then Emma, though it is more expensive. It's definitely worth the extra expense though!
