Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Marketo as our main marketing automation/operations tool. We use it to build emails, webinars, nurtures, and web form programs. It allows us to reach our B2B audience and bring our leads down the funnel. It also allows us to monitor our impact on the business. We are also able to analyze our work from the tool.

Customer service team is unhelpful at best
The new update has made it very difficult to do basic things like drag and drop things into folders
The new servers make Marketo very slow if not unusable at times

Likelihood to Recommend

It does what it needs to do building programs and tracking influence. However, is it the best marketing automation tool with the best set of experts there to help you? No. The new update in particular is jaunting as it wasn't done all the way and it's just half updated and lost features that were actually helpful. Also, it's much slower now.
