Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is used for downloadable assets, events, lead list campaigns, and more. This helps gather all information into one campaign to transfer to SFDC.
  • Easy to copy campaigns of similar styles
  • There are always mobile issues for landing pages.
  • The UX is confusing.

Marketo doesn't help us with increasing new product sales or driving growth in new markets, or to increasing revenue within existing customers per se. It's our lead management and landing page tool.
It helps to get lead data into SFDC with a lot of hand holding. We use Marketo for landing pages as well. We're able to copy and paste campaigns to keep similar formats.
