Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is used widely across our Marketing team. Helping demand gen team to build, implement Marketo programs to achieve their MQL goals. We drive traffic through various emails and programs such as webinars, events. So far for us, Marketo has been stable and a very deeply recognized application for achieving 90% of our Marketing plans and strategies almost accurately and increased our Marketing growth over the years. Our company has been using Marketo since 2015 and has helped us vastly increase our Marketing goals. Marketo has helped us with most of the complex targets with ease and sometimes there is a limitation across what and what cannot be done but this is the case for any product. But I personally love Marketo so far!

We run mostly product-focused webinars and events. We drive attendees as much as possible out of which calculate and get more insight on product interest, set TPPs, and score records appropriately for MQL. We push them to Sales and most cases Sales has grown very well with our demo request campaigns setup in Marketo. Our scoring models with Marketo have helped us understand potential Sales ready records and gain more sales out of it.
I haven't used Pardot much but I can compare based on experience Marketo always helped us achieve high complex structures. Due to limitations with Pardot, Marketo always stands out with its lead management and lead nurturing system for us. The smart list, campaigns are very easy to evaluate and understand in Marketo as well reading and analyzing data has been very transparent and easy. So I will always go ahead with Marketo vs any automation platform.
Marketo is well suited for businesses that have complex marketing strategies and structure, suitable for high lead database and multifunction requirement for business. For us, we have a complex database with various businesses with various de-duplication and leads management structure and Marketo is the only application reliable and trusted that can handle such complex workflows. This is not suitable if a business has a small database and does not require high volume data and complexity.
