Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Adobe Marketo Engage is used by our entire organization as the primary email and lead system. The problems Adobe Marketo Engage addresses include a secure system to plan and deploy emails, lead tracking, email analytics, and more. As a user of the product, I can quickly check my email analytics to report out to other teams regarding open rates, click rates, unsubscribes, etc. We are very happy with the product and have no plans to change it anytime in the near future.

We use Adobe Marketo Engage for all our written communications to current installed base customers in addition to prospecting and new logo recruitment. We have nurtured campaigns to move prospects through the funnel to become warm/hot leads for sales, product updates, operational emails, current customer upsell/cross-sell campaigns, events, webinars, and more. We are able to quickly assess how successful the campaign was and make adjustments as needed for follow-up or additional messaging.

As a fairly large global organization, Adobe Marketo Engage can be used by several teams within our marketing organization. It provides visibility across teams to see what is scheduled/deployed, the analytics to measure success and to work cross-functionally. The added security and integrity of the Adobe Marketo Engage product are respected worldwide. Our national campaigns, regional, and state campaigns are all run through our Adobe Marketo Engage instance.
