Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo in the Marketing, Sales, and Account Management departments to help maintain awareness and educate potential buyers of our software over the sales cycle; maintain communications with existing customers; automate communications in the sales process; and provide actionable information to team members. Marketo has allowed us to easily scale our marketing activities in ways that are simply impossible to do without automation.
  • Marketo allows us to reach a wide variety of audiences with targeted messaging, in an automated fashion.
  • Marketo informs us of things that potential prospects are doing; it provides insight into where resources should be focused in the sales.
  • Marketo has dramatically reduced the amount of time and labor needed to execute campaigns.
  • Marketo is particularly easy to use; so easy that our marketing department was able to deploy and configure, and manages all day to day operations with the assistance of IT or other experts.
  • If Marketo were to build a CRM, it would be better than any other CRM out there.
If real time integration with the CRM is needed, Marketo is very well suited. It is reliable, and data exchanges between the CRM and Marketo occur very quickly.

Using Marketo

I have been using Marketo since 2008 and have no plans to stop using it. It has become an integral piece of our marketing operation.
  • A typical one-off campaign that took two employees nearly two days to complete prior to using Marketo, now can be accomplished usually by one employee in as little as a couple hours or less.
  • Our customers are very pleased with the increased communication that has been made possible using Marketo. We can now keep our customers informed throughout the year of training, webinars, and other learning opportunities.
