We chose Marketo as the automation solution across the entire organization. Different business units had been using Eloqua and Exact Target before uniting on this platform. We are managing our lead scoring and buyer journey engagement through the automation campaigns. Having a single platform across all business units has helped us manage communications to our customers especially those touched by multiple divisions.
