It is not overtly the most user friendly but once you learn the icons it is very easy to navigate. Once you learn the ins and outs it can become quite fast and efficient to navigate and pull records by request

Training particularly had a system set up where we can easily reissue, retrain, and check for completion. Pending reports allow us to keep eyes on what is still missing from all departments. The scheduled reports keep department managers in the loop about how their team is doing and they can reach out for additional help
