Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We rely heavily on MasterControl Quality Excellence in all of our organization and business units. From documents and training and quality event management and Mx. we heavily utilize MasterControl Qx. I feel like the increases in price have been excessive lately and it’s making us reevaluate whether the product is worth the cost. We are paying over double what we were when we moved to the cloud 3 years ago.

Allow more customization to configuration and settings.
Better way to submit ideas. User voice feels ineffective and hard to get your ideas out there
