Usability

They system is really good electronic quality management system, it helps to improve the quality at the site. The systems ability to link events also helps with escalating any major or critical events to deviations giving the ability to always show where they originated from. The usability is good as the navigation is easy for experienced users

The control of CAPA, events, deviations and complaint is really good within the system. They way that they can all work together helps in keeping track of what is needed and how they are all linked. The due dates within the forms help to make sure that we keep up to date with all of our events.
