Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence
We use MasterControl to manage documents, quality events, audits and training. The business problems we have is the system is the end user sometimes have problems following the system. The biggest issue I find is completing the audit module, when a lead auditor has a supporting auditor, it is very double handled to finalise.

- Audit - ability to sign off an audit as lead auditor without needing the supporting auditor to sign off if added
- Ability to revise a form in enhanced forms and restart the workflow
- Only needing one signature to reset a password
- Ability to find information on reports is a massive plus lots of detail in the fbs reports
- All detail written in system is trackable
- Some tasks can take longer than necessary due to system defects delay signing off workflow management
MasterControl is a lot more digital and easier to follow, however less customisation than previous system
