Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

Document control and management. As well as training and compliance.

Pros

  • Presents training tasks and associated due dates.
  • Sends periodic notifications with the tasks prioritized by date.

Cons

  • Customizable column options in the document view screen, that can also be saved.
  • The Qx system has really brought compliance and training to the forefront of the users mind with the training visibility.
The system is more interactive than previous doc control systems i have used.
