Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use it throughout the QS it provides efficiencies and compliance for the company. We started with documentation and training but in the last couple of years we expanded to using FBS forms and now gettting ready to implement advanced qem

  • Letting us know that our issues are being worked on
  • Timeliness of issue resolution
  • We use data from jreports for quality decisions
  • Got rid of all QMS paper systems
All the “eyes” vs “I” icons makes it really hard to train people. Also some workflows are unnecessary complicated

I think MasterControl is a great system for small to medium companies however it’s too slow for large volume companies because of its lag time
