Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Qx to assist in our change and record control processes. Historical this has been a very slow process when using paper, but MasterControl has allowed us to streamline the processes involved while also enhancing the quality of information in the quality system. Overall we have seen a great reduction in overall time to complete change control in our organization.

Usability

Overall, for users who are in MasterControl consistently, the system is straight forward and easy to use. However, if a user is not in the system every day, using the system can become difficult due to a lack of knowledge on the processes within the system. This can be fixed with training, but that can become tedious.

I would absolutely recommend using MasterControl to a college because of the overall positive impact it has had in our quality system. Since implementation, going through audits had become much easier due to the effectiveness of the document control that MasterControl allows for. An excellent tool for anyone in the quality space.
