Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the documents, training, and process modules (for FBS forms) in MasterControl. These modules help us make sure the right documents are released to the right people at the right time. FBS allows us to track our reportable data and find trends to help mitigate any nonconformities or deviations from best practices that occur.

Being able to have a “view software as” feature to help troubleshoot end user errors by seeing how they are viewing the system

Centralized system for finding documentation - from HR policies to contracts, all 3,000 current documents are housed in our system

Usability

MasterControl does require training and learning of the system which is not always intuitive to the end user. It requires a systems thinker to be able to decipher the acorn from the tree from the forest
