Easy to use for both the admin and end users to find documents, trainings, investigations forms. Being able to launch, write, review, and approve is easier than having it via a word document. Having a hard copy of the SOP was difficult to ensure those that are required for training had the training. Now with MasterControl it's easier to track and. Ensures those that need the training have completed.
