Qx - Docs, training, and eForms

My company uses QX for document control, training, and electronic forms. Implementation of the Quality Excellence module has helped reduce a management system that uses network drives, PDFs, and emails to get approvals, save control documents, and serve as our record retention location. Implementation has also helped to ensure our training records are updated with each document revision. Additionally we are able to do conditional routing for document approval for documentation that supports different product lines and departments. This is helpful for users who used to get multiple notifications for documentation approvals that were unrelated to their job causing complacency and missing critical documentation updates that did impact them.
