MasterControl Quality Excellence review

MasterControl Quality Excellence is critical for operations in our organization at IDT. In our purifications lab at IDT, the uses of MasterControl Quality Excellence predominantly pertain to using it as an encyclopedia of Standard Work / rules / regulations that covers all aspects of the business. The nice and organized home-display makes it easy to see when each upcoming task is due and easy to prioritize what needs to be signed off on next. For documents that just need referenced, there is a handy search button function that allows to search all documents. For example, say one wanted to look up the standard work on how to do a certain process. All this would take is a simple search including vague details about the process, which then pulls up all relevant documents. Knowledge of the business problems the product addresses for our lab may be above my pay-grade, but pretty sure it relates to NCR's and things of that nature; which help our business keep our products we offer at tip-top quality to best serve and please our customers, keeping them coming back begging for more. Scope of my use case entails the use as like mentioned prior, a quality manual/ encyclopedia for the me to utilize to help ensure everything gets done compliantly. Wanna know what is compliant?
