Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence
Honestly it is very easy to navigate through the application online. I am always able to search the document that I am looking for without having any kind of issue. Master control is very useful to find the documents you need. There are no real business problems. Master controls helps keep document confidential.

Master control is just so easy to access and navigate. Anyone who is new doesn't really struggle to navigate master control. It also tracks time of when documents should be sign off. This is very important for the company specially when having other people come and audit. Love master control for its easy navigation.
