Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use it with doc moc and training. We use it for forms sops policies and everything else. We organize and filter and store. We also run trending reports and KPIs. We review and verify and collect data for long term storage and audits. We use it to store revisions and review previous docs as we create new one

MasterControl Quality Excellence is also great at retrieval of this information for both review and audits. Insights needs to work more quickly. It would also be helpful if it was dial up instead of dial down the slowness and excess information makes it hard to use constantly.
