Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We have documents and training in place for the past 2 years and are in the process of adding in supplier management.

  • following up on issues

  • more consistent timely responses
  • implementation of new module has been delayed so this is negatively impacting us
I have been a long time MasterControl user at a few different companies and continue to enjoy the new programs and supports which are being introduced.

The level of service can be inconsistent so we would like to see all individuals have are more level of service. Once items are escalated the service level increases.
