We use MasterControl Quality Excellence to manage the creation, tracking, approvals, storage, reporting and archival for the following processes:

Quality Events such as CAPA, Incident, Deviation, etc...
Because MasterControl Quality Excellence allows for creation of specific workflows we can define the path for each process depending on the end user need.
Scope includes all facilities and all GMP processes.

- Structure of InfoCard as the core for document, training and processes. It allows to easily configure numbering, custom fields, and link and attach other elements within the system.
- Process and Document workflows can be designed using any sequence with options to define different approval levels and conditions.
- The system can be easily configured per the business needs without the need of MasterControl Quality Excellence company

- Elimination of paper and printing costs by transforming manual processes to electronic.
