Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use MasterControl for document control, training, and quality events in AQEM. We needed a QMS tool that could separate locations and allow admins to work only on their sites' data. We also use MasterControl for paperless production.

Cons

  • All reports in insights from jreports.
  • Easier interface for users when launching a packet- no review option.
  • Allow for training extensions.
  • We can more easily track training data.
  • Insights data management from Aqem Data has helped speed up our audit finding responses.
Once you complete the training, it is easy. However, many users don't take the time to train, which causes errors and then prevents them from using the tool.
It's much better than GAS. It is similar to TrackWise, but the interface is more user-friendly.
