Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence
MasterControl Quality Excellence has been very useful in the life sciences helping us to organize work instructions and standard operating procedures, allowing us to easily find them when needing. It has also been great at letting us easily input and track trainings of employees, we are able to find trends in training and also gaps that need to be filled. It has helped us to see where training needs are required.

- searching sometimes is difficult if you don't have the exact document number
- I would like to be able to put more than one prerequisite for trainings when creating them.
- Sometimes it takes a while to get support for issues
- It allowed us to decrease training time by several months as we could quickly identify when training hadn't been completed.
- We also increased retention by 30% because new hires were able to feel more accomplished when training was completed quicker.
- We increased on time delivery as well from having employees trained better allowing them to complete tasks with more effiency
