Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We utilise the MasterControl system as an eQMS, which addresses the requirements of standards and guidance for our enterprise services.

Cons

  • Audit Reporting
  • License visibility to the client
  • Seamlessness in integration with client infrastructure without add-ins
  • Definitely, it saves money being paperless for eQMS requirements.
  • It helps Audit readiness that saves time and resources.
  • Since it shows what are all the tasks that are still open that helps to prioritize the work in an efficient way.
MS is working well for our enterprise services and operational requirements, except for a few areas that require improvement, as mentioned previously.
MS provides configuration flexibility rather than requiring coding for business operations.
