I’ve been a MasterControl Quality Excellence user for over 15 years. They are great as they continue to improve and add new features. I cannot wait for new updates to training and documents. Their team is great at answering questions and assisting at resolving issues (even with 3rd-party vendors).

Any company who needs doc control or training ease for procedures is great. It isn’t currently built for a lot of dynamic training like elearnings or videos
