Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

I create Quality Process workflows to help improve our quality & regulatory compliance. AQEM (Advanced Quality Event Management) is much more flexible and easy to use than the previous form builder (eForms) in Qx. I can now design a process that is much more in tune with how our company operates. I can now put a new process form in play in days, as opposed to months.

MasterControl’s Quality Excellence has been a game changer. Once users start interacting with the MasterControl system, they couldn’t get enough. I am now getting constant requests for new form conversions from paper to digital. There are still more enhancements to come. Once they are implemented, I may up my rating to a 10.
MasterControl’s Quality Excellence stacks up very well with other systems due to it complete suite of MC products such as, Logbooks, Production Records (Mx), and Asset Management (Ax). Other systems may have one, or more, of these modules, but none were able to package them all together as well as MasterControl.

MasterControl Quality Excellence is well suited to meeting regulatory requires of doc control & part 11 compliance. Also, the tie in between documents and quality events. MasterControl’s out of box workflows are great in both providing completely built workflows that can be used as is, or for using as a template to build custom workflows.
