Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

The MasterControl Quality Excellence platform addresses our problems by complying with 21CFR part 11 and improving productivity by switching all of our paper processes to electronic. MasterControl Quality Excellence also allows greater visibility into the productivity of our users and notifies them whenever a training is due or a task is assigned to them.

  • The software is too complex for new users and takes a while for them to fully understand the functionality.
  • I would like to see how many licenses we have purchased and how many of those licenses are in use.
  • I would like more functionality for basic view only users in the aqem.

While MasterControl Quality Excellence is difficult to implement and train users on, once it is fully implement and users are trained, the system is very robust and meets all of our quality needs. The validation excellence tool is amazing for validation departments to effectively and efficiently complete the software validations.

MasterControl Quality Excellence is well suited for regulated environments and cleanroom controlled environments where paper is not desirable. It provides operators with the procedures in the area they are working and eliminates the need for controlled documents on the shop floor. It allows users to collaborate and process documents from home.
