Overall Satisfaction with Media Temple IaaS Cloud
We manage some projects that use Media Temple services, so we're in charge of deploying and managing resources inside this service. Media Temple is very user-friendly and has some nice features like daily backups, SSL certificates, Wordpress fast installs, caching and it makes SSH access easier. Also, it has great performance.

- It's not cheap if you compare it to other great services.

- Even our clients could do some managing and inspection without technical skills, since its interface is user-friendly.
- It's not a cheap solution, so simpler websites could have the same features spending less.
We've been using both DreamHost and Media Temple for years and Media Temple has a better overall experience, offering a more robust solution in terms of scalability and customization. On the other hand, DreamHost has great support and a better pricing policy. So it depends on what are you looking for and your budget as well.
