Overall Satisfaction with MediaValet

I stepped in after MediaValet had been implemented by someone who had left the company. MediaValet was easy to learn but also has incredible customer service—including dev support—so not only was I able to ramp up quickly to take the reins of a large content migration, I was able to customize the tool for our team. Very happy with the product and the people.

  • More robust self-serve reporting would be great
  • Multiple options for applying metadata / points of discoverability
  • Responsive support desk for all users
  • Easy to share assets—with controls—across departments
  • Fundamental in creating a solid Creative Services base
I'd used one with another company called MediaBank which had been very difficult to use—to the point where I was wary of using a D.A.M. Have been pleasantly surprised with MediaValet after that first exposure to D.A.M. systems.

I haven't yet run into a situation where I couldn't design my own solution within MediaValet at my skill level or get help from my customer success rep and the dev team to customize a solution.
