Overall Satisfaction with MediaValet
We use MediaValet to store all our cross-company digital assets. This allows multiple divisions to utilize a photograph, logo, or icon that another group had created or obtained; this ultimately reduces redundant actions and costs. The advantage of MediaValet over other digital asset storage systems is the very capable and quick searching capability; each asset can be tagged with many descriptors to help the next user to find what they are looking for with ease. The number of users of MediaValet changes periodically, but often is greater than 40 direct employees.

- I don't want more features. It serves its purpose well and I don't want it watered down or over-complexified.

1. Business file systems - this ends up being based on the logic of whomever first set it up, and is typically not very flexible, and terrible search capabilities.
2. Teams - a little better than above due to some control of access, but still painful searching process.
3. Custom made "in house" DAMs. Typically have a better searching capability, but storage file paths/logic can still be clunky depending on setup.
