We utilize Meltware Media Intelligence Platform for media monitoring and business intelligence activities.
  • Automated media monitoring newsletters
  • An intuitive graphical user interface
  • Regularly updated with new features
  • Good customer support
  • The AI for selecting stories to include in the newsletter can be refined
  • Easy to provide feedback to feed into the selection algorithm should be enabled on a per article basis
  • Make the advanced search more intuitive to use.
  • Improved quality of media monitoring
  • Saved time on media monitoring activities
  • Enabled the ability to easily disseminate media monitoring throughout the business
All my experiences with customer support have been detailed and thorough and in Australia, we have benefitted from a locally-based support as well.
