Overall Satisfaction with memoryBlue

We were hoping to find a partner to support our lead gen efforts, but they are much too rigid and not comfortable working outside of their perceived workflows. We gave them a blank check, and they ripped it in two due to their rigidity.

  • They would not meet us in the middle or consider any remediation based on our poor results.
We have some employees that worked with memoryblue, so we assumed we had some insider knowledge and would have an effective campaign. Those very people are now quite frustrated with memoryblue, and wish nothing more than to separate from them. They are MUCH too rigid in how they approach lead gen.

MB is much too rigid and has folks working with them who don't think outside the box. Unless you specifically outline every single scenario, you will not be happy with their results.
