Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business
Microsoft 365 Business is used by all departments. Different departments are using it for different functions. The most common uses are for email, spreadsheets and word documents. Office 365's continuous updates and excellent cloud storage help address issues we had with not keeping up on current software and space on our internal servers. Security of data has been enhanced. Working remotely has become easier.
- The Office 365 platform uses a rolling release model which updates the online components of the service that are provided once per quarter.
- OneDrive is a great file hosting and synchronization service that makes accessing files easier.
- The clutter feature in outlook helps sort inbox by recognizing user patterns.
- Subscription based service is not for everyone.
- Constant updates mean you need to constantly be on the lookout for new features.
- If the internet is down you may not be able to access.
- Productivity for employees who work remotely or frequently travel has increased.
- Data security has increased.
- Minor savings on software purchases.
