Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business
Microsoft 365 Business is being used across the whole organization. We use OneDrive, Intranet, Sharepoint, Skype for Business, Outlook, and all the other programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Microsoft 365 is interconnected. Apps connect with each other to make things searchable, easy to find and used by others
- Microsoft 365 is intuitive. The program is easy to use by the end user
- Microsoft 365 makes communicating with other team members seamless.
- Some features on the web versions are not the same as in the apps.
- Integration with other software programs I am sure is to come.
- It has impacted our organization positively. Because we are international it has helped us navigate files and communication across countries. This means it helps us serve more people, which is our mission.
