Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use this as our antivirus for checking emails and preventing malicious items through email. This product is used in addition to the spam filtering product we use.

Pros and Cons

Checking for malicious attachments.
Checking for malicious links.

There is not really anything I could see for expanding on currently.

Return on Investment

Unsure on this as I'm not in the number area of our company.

Challenges Being Addressed

Emails or chats were unprotected when it came to files or links. Having this now gives us that extra layer of security.

There's not really any difference other than it's something we deploy no matter what. It is better to have it than not having it.

SpamTitan Email Security, WatchGuard AuthPoint, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365

Great for email and protecting it as a 2nd layer of defense; if something does come through our spam filtering product, this normally catches it. It is also great for Microsoft Teams, as we have deployed that heavily in our client environments. Having something to protect chats where items could be sent or shared is critical.
