Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Defender for Endpoint is used as the mainline endpoint security product for a number of our MSP clients. Implementing a product that was integrated with the core O365 product suite used by so many of our clients was a no brainer. It also served as a key trigger to get clients to upgrade to Business Premium licensing, unlocked a range of other security benefits.

Cusotmers are already on Office 365 and are bombarded with Microsoft marketing, so it is an easy sell to use the integrated toolset.
We are utilising a mix of P1 and P2 versions of Defender for Endpoint. The P2 version includes Endpoint Detection and Response as an extension, as well as automatic investigation adn remediation, making it a full competitor to other XDR tools on the market.
