Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

We are currently using NAV 2009 R2 Classic Client across our entire organization for operations and financials.
  • Configurable/Customizable
  • User-Friendly
  • Solid Finacials
  • Reporting is very limited out of the box
  • Not scalable
  • Unclear error messaging
  • Allowed for unification of processes across company.
We chose NAV over JD Edwards 10 years ago because it was able to better handle the customizations that were needed in order for us to do our business. The ability to customize has been helpful, but it needs to be controlled.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV is good for a SMB with simple manufacturing needs.
