Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID
The Microsoft Entra ID Admin console, allows for global visibility of the estate and is a great tool for managing all the users and what resources that have. Mail flow is a fantastic program allowing for all kinds of rules and traceability of mail inbound and outbound from the exchange enviroment. The Reports section is also a very useful tool.

Our office if purely a cloud environment with all provisioning managed and controlled by the web interface.
This is also a great advantage as it allows for management and trouble shooting when working off site and also from other office locations, without this we would be bound by a physical local server
