Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

SSO functionality works perfectly and provides seamless experience . It helps us in managing users in our cloud environments and increase productivity. Integeration is very easily and it almost integerates with anything.

Pros

  • Setup and integration is easy and quick.
  • Very reliable and secure SSO to work and user management.
  • It provides the next level of security features like preventing unauthorized access, MFA, and threat intelligence.

Cons

  • Valuable security features require a paid subscription
  • Multiple syncing problem reported
  • UI is less intuitive
  • Works on both IOS and android setup.
  • Very compatible with Azure AD and it's grou[ to integerate.
  • Microsoft Entra ID's user provisioning and access control in whole ecosystem is simple

It is relatively very to setup and it is a single SSO for all kind of Azure logins so very convinient we found it.
