Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Yammer

Yammer is used for the whole organisation as our enterprise social tool. It is used for collaboration among the teams, cross BUs, internal communication & collaboration with partners in external networks.

Pros

  • Mobile app has great UX
  • What's new feature is great to keep up
  • Recommendations for relevant groups & call conversions

Cons

  • Nothing I see as a problem
  • Adoption is good & increasing
  • People like the user experience
  • No quantitative data on ROI yet
Much better then Tibbr. Better than Facebook when it comes to integration with O365.
Most appropriate for internal communication & collaboration among teams. Not relevant for small teams, for that other tools like Microsoft teams is better suited.
