Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Yammer

There are many churches spread across Vermont and when we transitioned to a new database, we used Yammer as a way to communicate questions and information so that all could see. This was more helpful than using email because we could see if our question had already been asked and answered

Pros

  • Easy to use- While training for a new database, we used Yammer to ask questions and it was great that it was so easy to use

Cons

  • not sure where they could improve
Yammer was chosen for us. I had no hand in the decision.
I have not had to contact them for support.
