Overall Satisfaction with Midigator
We use it to help manage our chargebacks. It helps us organize them and know any time we got a chargeback to help keep our MID's safe. I would say we use it on a very consistent basis and it's helped us save a lot of money, stress and effort.
- Keeps track of all chargebacks for all MIDs
- Helps fight chargebacks to save us money
- Keeps our MIDs healthy which saves us money in the long run
- Analytics gave us some problems in the beginning. The learning curve was a little steep as it was setup a little weird
- The cost per chargeback is a little high honestly

- I don't know the ROI, that would be hard to calculate. But I know our return on time would be very high. I don't know how to give a percentage but it makes it "easily worth it".
We didn't use other products when we were first evaluating different options in the space. We actually asked several people who they used and they pretty much all recommended Midigator, so we used them. They've been great to work with and I haven't even thought of switching or researching anyone else.
